Description of the Bug: Voice chat makes you play the animation for speaking into the radio.

How to reproduce the Bug: Speak into voice chat as an officer.

Time Stamp: Ever since the server restarted for OCT 31st 2021.

Errors: Speaking into radio when normal voice chat.

Fixed. I can only do adhoc hotfixes for clients, so the full rollout will wait for server restart.
