Officer names colour bug in chat

Type of bug: Lua

Description of the bug: Those ranked Sergeant and below seem to have a bug with their IC player name colour in chat whether it is on radio or normal IC chat. This depends on distance from the player in which then the colours change (see gif below)

How to reproduce the bug:
1. Have a sergeant or below type something in chat
2. Go further away from the player to see the colour turn darker to black, get closer again and it will return to normal
