Description of the Bug: Warrant didn't remove after death

How to reproduce the Bug: Warrant somebody and kill them then disconnect on black screen

Errors: As you can see below from the photos, I get warranted then killed and finally arrested for the initial warrant. Also to mention there is no log of me leaving the server? I disconnected when it hit the black screen.

Basically you never "died" because the server restarted and you never spawned or disconnected while you were dead.

It's may possible to fix, but I'm not sure it will be worth the effort.
