Description of the Bug: Threw a grenade inside projex 3 and it killed someone on projex stairs when it was in the middle of the room

How to reproduce the Bug: Throw a grenade inside a property and hope it kills the person on stairs (?)

the nade also maybe killed someone behind solid cover @fatdoobies
i experienced something like this but the roles were reversed, a nade went off and killed both raiders but it was inside my projex 2 base, and it was about 3 feet away from me behind a fence and barrier
