Why Should This Player Be Punished:

• 3.17 - User was AFK for an excessive amount of time. I had been calling the RC with no answer for a while, and one road crew prior to this also ended up quitting the job because he couldn't get a truck. The videos shown were within about 5-10 minutes, but I can estimate that he was AFK for in excess of 15 minutes.
• Not normally a big problem, especially if he has a reason to provide for AFKing without leaving the job/making a report, but he disrupted RP of someone who wanted to be a roadcrew and was AFK for an excessive amount of time.
