Suggestion Title: Make body kits actually have a function
Suggestion Description: Make body kits actually have a function other then just looks.
If its possible make it so when you purchase the body kits they give u slightly better handling on ur car.

Why should this be added?:
- extra thing people can sink their money into
- slight improvement on high speed cars making their high speeds a bit more valuable

What negatives could this have?:
- none that i can think of atm

What problem would this suggestion solve?: a few of the higher end in price cars handling is awful and makes people not buy them and not be used. If you add a kit on and it makes the handling slightly better we might see more variety in higher priced cars used.

This would be nice, but certain cars handle as they do for a reason and it's just a limiting factor of the cars, often because if they go any faster or handle differently they'll glitch out badly
