Suggestion Title: Make more crosswalks controlled
Suggestion Description: Add pedestrian signals to the crosswalks on Main St, Creed St, and Ficklestein Wy.

Why should this be added?:
- Fewer people being hit by speeding cars
- Encourages people to wait and cross safely

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be spammed to annoy people
- People may just ignore them anyway

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Reducing people being hit by cars in crosswalks is something that is always good, and adding a further safeguard that doesn't actively hinder gameplay like speedbumps could help this out.
