Police Suggestion make pd more apealing

Suggestion Title: make pd more apealing
Suggestion Description: often times on pd its only 3-5 cops online even at 100 players online and this is because pd is simply so unappealing for many reasons, first off all reaching a rank or qualification that makes the game fun takes way to long and for a server with a recently dwindling player base it should be made faster and easier to reach these ranks ( of course without sacrificing quality of officers) another reason is that repremans and disciplinary action lasts way to long especially when a pro active cop that plays allot, a split second tactical decision should not cost you a month of waiting to get the stuff that makes pd fun, so what i'm saying is it takes to long to reach fun qualifications and disciplinary action is to harsh when monthly playtime and overall performance is not taken into consideration.

Why should this be added?:
it would attract more players to the pd and will help stop the problem off rp disappearing at peak hours when the city looks like a warzone

What negatives could this have?:
it may lead to more ia complaints and officer misconduct but that's to be expected when more people join the pd but begers cant be choosers when only 1-3 tfu can be on at peak hours.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: i will solve the problem of the pd being over all understaffed at peak hours and will help maintain rp at peak hours.

the only reason i made this is becuse i have over 150 hours on pd scence 2024 but i canot make it past senior oficer becuase of ia complaints , an oficers overall preformance and playtime and police pro active ness should br taken into acount and if i get another repremand before my curnent one expires im guna quit the server alltogether becuse it shouldnt be esier to get high roles and certifications just for not actualy playing pd often meaning less ia’s

The amount of playtime on PD has no correlations to people making IA's, people make an IA when they believe you broke a policy, unlawfully charged them or generally did something they believe is not correct.

If there is no wrongdoing an IA will get exenorated and then they can promote you after its closed.

If it gets sustained, and you receive disciplinary action you may not be promoted as per policy

but all the times iv played pd w A1L hes actualy just had no regard for any other oficer under the rank of lutenant and some of his tactics are genuinly scummy and literal pd misconduct

Ranking up in the PD has never been easier than it is right now. There are more Corporals and Sergeants than there have ever been. To get Sergeant, all you have to do is say you want it and patrol with like two command members, and you get it. Even getting into command nowadays is a lot easier, with so many people stepping down or getting demoted

I have well over 150 hours in the last two years and haven't had a single complaint beyond a comment card. Just don't shoot someone unless you're 100% sure they're armed. That's the mistake most people get demoted for.
