Brief description of idea:
Adding unique clothing to each training and command role to mark them in game so they can be recognised as trainers in game through unique clothing.
Whilst this isn’t necessary for command ranks as they have command insignia, adding these unique clothing accessories to them should work too.
The ideas I have for this go as such:
Patrol trainers:
Patrol trainers and command should receive aviator glasses when in their standard Officer gear.
Traffic trainers:
When in traffic gear, Traffic trainers and command should receive:
- Black sports shades
- Grey racing gloves.
TFU trainers:
When in light gear, TFTO’s and TFU command should receive a Beret in place of their regular hat. When in heavy gear, they should receive black sports shades.
Senior Dispatch:
Senior dispatchers should receive aviator shades when on duty.
What benefits would this idea have for the department:
- Easy to identify trainers, since they hold administrative and supervisory positions within their divisions, to mark them as both approachable for questions and to mark them as leaders for situations.
- Gives them a cooler prescience and a new sense of authority.
- Should be simple enough to implement.
What potential negatives could this have for the department:
- More integration features needing to be added?
- Could Result in them being targeted in shootouts?
