What negatives could this have?:
- Will be barely noticeable more expensive and complex to smoke
What problem would this suggestion solve?: As you will need matches in pocket to smoke cigarettes, it will become a little bit more expensive. Not really a big deal, because smoking isn't a critical feature and isn't really expensive by it's own.
