Why should this appeal be considered: Hello, I shot at the cops simply because they were trying to arrest me for a misfire, it was self defence of my character's freedom.

Misfiring your weapon does not give you a long enough jail sentence to justify shooting police.

Amending the rule from 2.5 to 3.4 as you put your life in further danger/risked your freedom further with your actions.
