Suggestion Title: Mayoral Digging Program
Suggestion Description: Allow the mayor and SS to dig again, however when they dig up an illegal item, it gets automatically confiscated, with the mayor being included in the bonus the PD is given from it
Why should this be added?:
- Lets the mayor dig again, with an actual penalty for being on the job as well
- More confiscation bonuses for the PD
What negatives could this have?:
- Mayors getting stuck on digging runs? But as it stands it's essentially just a fishing buff right now if you just want to add the typical favourable policies
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Mayor had another thing to do when this was added, and while the mayor shouldn't be digging up crack cocaine and bombs, this would address that with a realistic ish fix without completely redoing the loot tables, and provide an explicit downside to doing it as the mayor, as illegal items are some of the most valuable things you can dig up.
