Medal recording problem

So i have encountered another problem on medal.
Everytime i join a game the medal recording starts,and thats ok. But when i leave the game the recording should stop,but it doesnt. Furthermore,when i stop it by myself and go to library,it still shows that the recording is going and i cant clip from that session or do anything with it.

Did anyone ever encountered this problem? What could be the solution?

That’s weird. Try reinstalling. A reinstall usually fixes everything.

Already tried and didnt fix

It could possibly be that you can’t clip because it doesn’t see a game it can clip from. Medal needs to have a game running in order to clip

Nope,it sees the game and all good and it records the session but as soon as i quit the game it still somehow records the game's session even after i completely disable recording

Have you checked your recording settings or settings overall as there may be an option that may affect this.

Yes,i have checked everything. Even the disk space is ok

What game is it. And is there any options that may could be along the lines of like record even when not in game something referring to that. Cheers.

Is your medal on the latest update? Is auto recording on. Is there a software you know that may interfere with medal? When uninstalling medal did you fully uninstall it with all it's files saves gone. Uninstall it st the control panel and not regular uninstall section. Try to ask for medal support and forums etc.

It is on the latest update. The auto recording is on. Nope. I uninstalled it fully so no files would save. Already asked and it told me to reinstall it but it didnt help

Do you have session recording enabled or are you simply recording your screen? Also with an update, they by default disabled the option to stop recording by long pressing the bookmark button. So you have to reenable that in that case.
