Topic: Medics are able to open PD doors, as well as other doors owned by government.
Short explanation (notewise):
- Medical employees are able to lock and unlock the Police Department doors.

Detailed explanation: The Police Department doors can be accessed by anyone except medics. Even Secret Service can access them, which doesn't make any sense as to why medics cannot unlock and lock them. This would make it easier for medics to access it in emergencies instead of having to go all the way around to the front. This could be done in the city hall aswell, in case the Mayor is in a condition which needs seeking medical wise when there are no SS around.
