Why Should This Player Be Punished:
I was standing at the delivery NPC, waiting for packages. In the meantime, I was also quickly checking the forums, until I suddenly heard a screech coming from the game (sound is not muted with game in background), so when I got back in, I was dead. Checking the demo, I saw the police officer come driving down the road, rather quickly. He most likely wasn't going 25 MPH, which is the max speed in that zone. He had run me over, breaking 2 rules in the process.
4.1: Committed manslaughter by negligence
4.2: Broke the speed limit and drove recklessly by driving up on a sidewalk.
For my protection as a Delivery Man, who may get mugged as he isn't a government official, I was carrying a pistol. When I was run over, my weapon was of course dropped. The cop immediately picked it up, as it was nowhere to be found afterwards. Therefore, I'd also like my Desert Eagle with 6 bullets to be refunded as well, as the officer only got to confiscate it by breaking 2 rules.
