Messed up car textures

Hello people of Perpheads.

I've been having this issue for quite a long time and no support team from any server gave me a good answer that solved the problem.

It seems that the cars textures or models files are messed up in my computer and after re-installing gmod, deleting manually the folder, uninstalling all the content from my workshop and re downloading everything, it's still messed up.

If you could help me solve this problem, because I don't know what to do.

Most of cars seem to be affected by this and also some clothing. Please help.

you need to go into the game options and set the model detail to high.
Your problem will be solved forever!!!!

Put model quality to high, in your in-game options. Should fix.

I believe this is because you need to set model (or texture) details to high (I'm not sure which one)
