Mic Age Restriction

Ive been playing on the server for a while and ive heard so many under aged children screaming on the mic for no reason can we please restrict mics to 13+

This rule would be very upsetting for those under the age of 13. I think its unfair for them. Also, imagine seeing someone banned and the reason was 'A 11 year old using his mic'. This rule would get a lot of hate, and feel it should NOT be added.
