Description of the Bug: An invisible police officer

How to reproduce the Bug: I don’t know how to reproduce this bug… it has happened to me twice now… the first time I was pulled over and was scolded by a completely invisible cop… the second time was during a shoot out which i ultimately lost because I literally can’t see them… (it could have been the same player but I’m not entirely sure)

Time Stamp: The first time was a couple weeks ago and the second time was on 20/10/22
