Suggestion Title: Monorail payment
Suggestion Description: Have to pay for the monorail

Why should this be added?:
- more way to spend money and it’s a mode of transportation like you have to pay for taxis so i think it would be good to have to pay for monorail but you pay when you get off so from bazzar to city you would pay 10 then bazzar to subs would be like 20 or something then obvs the same if you were going the other way

What negatives could this have?:

Right now monorail is the only safe way (considering swimming across takes time and its not always safe either) to get to Bazaar without a vehicle. Having to pay for something that is a basic need (for sweaters mainly) is unnecessary. Also paying $20 each time is not exactly a way to spend "more" money.

There's nothing cool about spending money, free travel is great and nice for those who literally cannot afford a thing

If V6 changes the location of the monorail to be more accessible, then I would support this but at it's current state I don't believe it would be beneficial.

Monorail is great for when you are too drunk to drive, or under the influence of NA ping. Really though, it is a valuable feature for new players and addicts who sold all their cars to bazaar casinos, it would only tax the poor.
