Another big change suggestion/idea.
The Regeneration Gene should be completely removed.
All regenerative food should lose their regenerative effect(s).
Bandages should only stop bleeding temporarily; the more you move around, the faster you bleed.
Stim Packs should only heal you temporarily and should also allow you to temporarily move faster on a broken leg.
Medics should not be able to 'fix' broken legs; but instead, take victims to the hospital.
Medics shouldn't be able to provide as many health benefits.
People who are revived should have a blurry screen and a lack of ability to move effectively permanently, until they are treated at the hospital.
Being revived should also worsen your ability to move, similarly to be drunk where it is difficult to move in a straight line.
A new 'Doctor' job could be added for someone to remain at the hospital at all times; the doctor could be called-away for certain emergencies.
If there isn't a Doctor, the NPC could be used instead.
Benefits
Greatly increased realism and gameplay.
Less rule-breaking incidents of FailRP and FearRP as people will be less able to actually break the rules, and be more inclined to cooperate with Police, and will also be more generally afraid of being hurt.
Having a doctor at the hospital would allow for more RP, and would also allow for scenarios such as calling the Police when someone comes in with gun shot wounds.
Would stop instances of people getting healed and revived by paramedics when raiding, repeatedly; for example, when police are conducting a raid and have a medic or 2 with them, meaning they can be revived, many times allowing for eventual success, unrealistically.
Scenarios such as transporting prisoners and criminals to the hospital for treatment would become a regular occurrence.
