More places to access storage...

I think there should be a place to access your storage rather than just Suburbs, maybe in the Business area or something. Just a suggestion.

Explanation:
-Another NPC set up in business near the repair place, or bazzar.
-Exact same function as NPC at Suburbs

Why?:
It would make it easier for people needing to access their storage while they are in the business area, or somewhere else that is close to the business area.

Kinda excessive as we have the house storages, and if there were no storage in suburbs even less people would go there making it empty unless someone bases there. -Support.
