Main Idea: more apartments to be created in the city
Full description of the idea: replace some dummy buildings in the city with actual purchasable apartments, atm I have in mind the evocity apartments but I would prefer if they were original. Certainly not like any other current paralake apartments which are basically 4 to 5 floors of copy and paste though.
Why should it be added?: the lack of buyable properties at the city is weird. Kinda makes the area dead if you don't consider occasional bank robberies or somebody owning the office. I also want more unique residential areas existing on the map and the city feels like the right place to put some!
Pros: city might become more alive
More unique places to stay
Cons: other areas of the map might become dead cause of this
The apartments might not be used at all due to the location?
Assets of the map /development time, maybe for v6? Hmmmm
It might not be a good idea because of stuff already introduced for v5
