Suggestion Title: More spots to buy ciggies at
Suggestion Description: Its very stupid, how the only way to get your hands on the lovely death sticks, is to go to the casino.

It has very many flaws, like:

-You have to go to the casiono for them while theres many gas stations that could be used.
-Police officers cant talk to the NPCs at the casino so thats another issue.

Why should this be added?:
- It just simply makes more sense
-you get do the cancer speedrun much faster

What negatives could this have?:
- literally none

Honestly they should be sold at gas stations as that’s realistically the place to get cigarettes from, as most bars don’t even serve them nowadays due to indoor smoking laws.
