Map Suggestion More usefull highway/New Distirct

Suggestion Title: More usefull highway/New Distirct
Suggestion Description: A new District of the current map idk if its posibel but if it would be cool. So i am thinking there could be addded a new district of the highway here there could be a dealer location and i am also thinking there could be a border here where you can be a border gaurd. There could mabye be new qquest to do on the phone or if you apporch the dealer. These could be that you need to smuggel drugs or other illegal things over the border wich could grant you money. The district should not be that big since i think it would only like a gas station a shop and a place to do deals. I know this would take a realy long time and would proberly only be a thing in V7

Why should this be added?:
- Would create a whole new job
- More highway for RTU to patrol
- More Quest
- Border RP

What negatives could this have?:
- Making the map bigger could reduce FPS
- A bigger map also mean that the People are spread out more and with only 128 it can fell more empty
- Staff time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: More use for highways

As cool as this suggestion is I believe that size of the map is at max capacity unfortunately

I dont think we need more districrt. Subs is basically empty everyday already

Size of the map is at it's maximum, this is impossible to do.
