Suggestion Title: Move and convert PufferMart
Suggestion Description: Convert the existing PufferMart space into another player ownable shop, potentially borrowing space from the unused building next to it, and move PufferMart to the "AirCon Ceiling Fan Installations" building next to Dave's Burgers.
Why should this be added?:
- Puffermart sells the same thing as a gas station, and is directly across the street from one. Moving it over here not only adds another usable thing to that area of the map outside digging/criminal activity. (Or roadcrew workers going back with cars)
- Adding another reason to go to, even if slight to an area of the map that is typically fairly dead despite being in the city district would be nice
- Provides a more convenient location to access for players in the Slums, Slums Warehouse, or Kellco properties if they're trying to avoid drawing attention, (Like if they're wanted)
- Gives players mugged in the laundrette area a closer location to purchase a new phone
What negatives could this have?:
- Proximity of the new city shop to the PD could cause issues
- No parking for the new city shop
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Puffer mart as it is right now is a nice callback and dedication, but essentially unnecessary. Moving it across the city would keep it around, provide a new usable area for players, and make buying/selling things a little more convenient for a couple properties.
