Suggestion Title: Turn Storage Around
Suggestion Description: Turn the storage building 180° so the parking lot is accessible from station hill instead of Creed St

Why should this be added?:
- PD raid related shootouts can no longer happen within render distance of the storage area, reducing them spilling into other areas for uninvolved players
- Storage becomes more easily accessible through nearly all routes, not requiring players to turn down Main or St Rock Street 
- Provides convenient storage access for city shop customers without them needing to go down the alleyway or into the back of the shop with permissions.
- Reduces foot traffic through the alleyway, making the area more suitable as a muggable location and reducing players stumbling into a situation by accident

What negatives could this have?:
- Could cause congestion on Station Hill, particularly with shootouts

What problem would this suggestion solve?: PD raids spilling into the storage area is fairly common, as well as people speeding and drifting around in front of the PD to get to and from storage, just rotating the whole building by 180° could significantly reduce this issue and make uninvolved players less likely to get caught up in PD raids, and make running through them to get to storage less tempting

I feel like this would make Creed street very empty, as only hospital will then be here, surrounded by just the back of some buildings. Storage is in a logical place here imo

Station Hill is sometimes already pretty busy with the two intersections and gas station. Having storage there aswell would be too much I think.
