Although he's only been an enforcer for just over 24 hours Murtsley is already putting his all into the role he's been answering reports very quickly and putting a lot of effort into his investigations and the conclusions. He's more than willing to explain exactly how you've broken the rules and explain other processes if its not something he can deal with but something in-game instead. He has also taken to his new command position really well and is already having a positive impact on the department from patrolling with new officers to giving some not so new but struggling officers pointers in order to help them achieve their goals within the PD.
