Right, so recently he promoted within the police department working his way up to higher ranks. And I saw him on a few hours ago as his new rank performing great. He is very cool when it comes down to roleplay situations if someone disrespects his officers he will jump in straight away. He is very good at defusing heated situations where the suspect may be harmful to other people. A few times he has been in LOOC saying this base is not allowed and so on. Too bad he's not enforcer yet. 
I recommend patrolling with him if you're looking to be a senior officer or if you just want to have a cool partner!
