I have to recommend Murtsley, his work on the server is huge and he has shown dedication during the days when he's been a staff member, I can safely say he's one of the best staff members within the community both in-game and on the forums, he takes the time to listen to all stories and explain himself and his point of view, he also puts himself into their position and tries to understand it from their POV and quickly understands what they mean
Murtsley is not just good at that he's also a very good roleplayer, watching him roleplay as an officer is quite amusing as he knows the laws in his head and deals with the situations professionally as in admin situations.
