My game broken

So my game is kinda broken i like time out now and then. I can hear people but i cant move then a few seconds later i can move and everything is back to normal then maybe 3min later it happens again=VIDEO WILL EXPLAIN

think that is the issue but i dont know how to fix

I had this issue around a month back, it was caused by my internet. When speaking to my internet provider they sent me out a new hub, which seemingly fixed the issue.

we recently got a new router and its working fine i belive this issue is server sided

when your rubberbanding your packet loss (could be wrong) in the bottom right is 1000+

not pc problems i checked my task manager and cpu wasnt high neither was memory while the gmod was bugging out

It’s the lerp / network commands in ur cfg. You put it too high or too low for you internet.
