Suggestion Title: New animation for speaking on the phone/TS whilst in cars.
Suggestion Description: Currently whilst speaking with other players on the phone or whilst on TS the character model shows the player holding the phone to their head as they would whilst being on the phone outside of the vehicle. Many cars these days have Bluetooth or people have hands free devices which enables them to focus on driving whilst also being able to speak with others on the phone, as such I see it as more realistic that this be represented in some way in Perpheads, especially considering that in many countries it is illegal to be on the phone without a form of handsfree when driving. I can't recall the last time I personally saw someone in their car with a phone held to their ear.

Why should this be added?:
- More accurate depiction for RP purposes.

What negatives could this have?:
- Depending on the model/animation could make it harder for PD/Defenders to identify players who are involved in raids and driving around whilst on comms.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Currently players are occasionally being stopped by police whilst driving for being on their phone which is causing contention between players and the PD having a negative impact on some players experiences.

I like this idea, but I think there should be some sort of indication for when you are on the phone in a car. This is only an issue for the driver, so passengers can keep the same animation. For drivers, there should still be some indication that they’re on a call. What that indication would be, I’m not sure. But as a defender or a raider, knowing if someone in a vehicle is on the phone is critical information and shouldn’t be something that is left to speculation.

Yeah completely agree, no reason to change passengers animations or players choosing to have their phone open and using it for something other than a call or ts whilst driving which should still be obvious and a criminal offence. I just find it a tad unrealistic to have the driver holding the phone to their head which isn't something you'd ever really see given how widespread and available hands free technology has been for so long. Hell I'd put the phone on my lap on loudspeaker sooner than hold it right up against my ear if I had no choice rather than be arrested/stopped and lose my license.

This would make being on Teamspeak undetectable and people while under gunpoint would be able to say things through Teamspeak without their foe even knowing.

Atleast with the current system there is counter play to people stalking your raids or camping outside PD while on Teamspeak, but if it’s undetectable it would be extremely annoying to play against and likely moderate.

You said the basis of the suggestion was contention between PD and Civilians, over Driving without due Care and Attention, I think if you really wish to solve this issue a law reform would be more fitting.

Fair point, I did mention that it could be a negative but I wasn't aiming for it to be invisible when a driver is on TS or the phone, just to reflect how it happens more accurately but I 100% think it should still be visible and clear for defenders/pd to know if someone is talking whilst driving. I agree that a law reform idea would be a simpler way to resolve the main problem that was raised however I can't think of a way that would make it legal for a driver to have a phone to their ear and one hand on the wheel.
