New mic

Since a few many people told me my mic is bad shit I'm now going on to buy a new mic, but the problem is: I don't know which I should take. So if you could just tell me a microphone (pure microphones, dont want to buy a new headset) I should buy and why.

Get a Yeti, these are really high quality, they are great and since you have a good budget you can afford them.

I have possibly the cheapest headset on PH that still works after 2-3 years which is the reason why my voice sounds like im speaking from a phone.

also headphones are the earphones which don't have a microphone and a headset is a pair of earphones that do have a microphone

No but what Alex said is great, but I would take a look at logitech g930, had them for two years now, had no problems with it
