Server Suggestion New players and conflicting content

Description of the idea:
Have the game detect irregularities in content such as missing models and LUA errors, so when a player joins with conflicting addons or missing content, they receive a notification with guidance.

The notification should pop up as an F1 menu type pop up.

The message could read along the lines of:
"Errors detected: You might have missing / conflicting content which may alter your game play experience negatively. If you need further assistance on how to fix your problem, press F6 and make a "Help and support" report"

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Allows players to receive a warning saying they have missing content and what course of action to take.
- Makes sense.
- This is a very common issue.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
-From a coding point of view this could be a nightmare.​

I really like this idea as I have seen multiple people saying that they have this problem so it would be a good idea to let them know how to fix it upon joining.

I am not a coder however, I believe it wouldn't be that hard to code as they can do the same as when they are asked to read the rules upon joining for the first time.
