New report function

Short explanation (in notes):
-Report function in the F1 menu.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
When you make a report you barely have any space to type on, but if it would be in the f1 menu there could be a big text box where you could make a fully detailed report to make it easier for staff to understand the situation.




Optional additions:
Adding a "submit report" button so that you can actually send the reports you make.

Im sorry but i don't really feel this is needed really, you have enough room to explain what you need help with etc, no need to redo it honestly, this is just my opinion tho..

The staff team doesn't want overly complicated reports on several lines, having short and explaining reports is much more efficient and the current system is fine. The way it is now forces people to write as much as possible within a short amount of characters and that makes it easier for staff members.
