Topic: new way to shoot



Short explanation (in notes):
-a pasender in a car can shoot truh the windows

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

i think it could be usefull in carchases or gang related war (DRIVEBY SHOOTING FOR THE WIN)
in a carchase the police might have to shoot on a car and this way the suspekt can shoot back
it wold just make it more fun to drive.

This would probably be very difficult to implement, and in my opinion it wouldn't really add much.

This is not possible to you´re not really driving the vehicle itself... It´s hard to explain and í´m sure that Stephen will explain it... And adding things like this would not help stopping people from killing each other....

I'm not going to get into the technical because it is long and overly complex, I will simply say this instead. Allowing this kind of behavior is far too over powered as the passengers inside are completely protected and unable to be shot back.
