Suggestion Title: News Paper usage
Suggestion Description: Allow the news papers to have a simple use for interaction.
If a player has a news paper and left click it, a pop up will appear displaying a news paper like page that highlights details about the latest incidents and releases from prison.
The things in this paper would update based on the events occurring on the server.
1) Person A released after serving a sentence, one spot on the paper gets updated to detail a photo of that individual; a name; a description of their crime and how severe their punishment was
2) a bank robbery took place or is taking place. This will update actively to indicate the status of it and simply be swept away by other news. One input will alert the public that the event has started with a time stamp, another post will update the public on the conclusion of the event 10 minutes after the vault has closed to ensure public safety.
3) same thing as the bank but the trigger for the initial post is the Jailer being threatened and the trigger for the conclusion post is when all jail cells automatically close (around 10 minutes after the jailer being threatened)
Why should this be added?:
- Nice depth
- Use for common items
- helps avoid rulebreaks
- gives general knowledge about what’s going on in perkelele
- expands on News roleplaying and can inspire actual players to take on their own active news reporting
What negatives could this have?:
- people use the initial trigger to insta hop on PD if a bank pops, though this already does happen due to the dispatch alert 211 alpha that sounds from every cop chilling at bazaar.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Lessens rule breaks due to further awareness and improves roleplay via mechanical PLN integration.
