No option for text editing

Alright, so yesterday my account only just got fixed so now I can access it, however when I make a post on the forums it does not give me the option to edit my text nor change the colour of it or edit it at all, I don't even have the option to go into the other editing mode. It doesn't work when I press CTRL + B for bold either.

Just found out that I can't tag people in my posts either .-.
