Description of the bug: Move around at normal speed while crowbarring
How to reproduce the bug: Have a empty mag or a mag missing some bullets go to refill it and while re filling it pull out your crowbar and crowbar the door right before the bar finishes and when it finishes then you can run around at normal speed while crowbarring the door
