Solution
The firing range works the following:
There is a starting menu where u can browse between guns before entering the range, each has an own sub menu for weapon categories.
Once u select a gun (and have money to rent the gun (+ammo if needed)) you enter the range and can go shooting.
After you are done you should use the telephone that is either on the right or left of you to "call" for an exit
If you think it might be broken for you, the best solution is to get a video from you pretty much entering blaze it (the gunstore and thus range) until you attempt to leave so people can get an insight on what is happening and if something might be broken or not.

I had the same issue but not on native resolution
Could you make a screenshot of the menu, If you are not able to see some guns that would be good to know as that means there might be a fault in the scaling with the Armory. I have never heard about this happening with 1920x1080 so it would be good to know.
Are you sure you are looking in the Rifle and not SMG submenu?

i can se every gun in the menu but with some guns like in the pic u send i cant not se the equip or exit butten
Armory doesn't fit all the way on the screen when trying to equip G3A3, but otherwise, the M16, M4 and SCAR-L works perfectly fine for me on 1920x1080.

How do i find out if its a 1600 900?change your monitor's resolution to the correct one.
might be that you have a 1600x900 monitor, so you can't actually set it to 1920x1080. it'd be like fitting a 10mm bullet into a 9mm magazine.

try to go to video settings of gmod as indeed it looks like in the medal u send ur screen size is off
