Description of the idea: Have the details of the 911 message display at the top left, like before the update.
Why should this be added? (pros): I basically think the implementation of having to open the computer to check the details is unnecessary at most. I understand that it's so officers can assign themselves to incidents, but for many people, including me, opening the computer creates a lag spike that lasts around 4 seconds. I don't like opening the computer because of this. But then again, why not have both? People who want to assign themselves can do so, but the details should also be displayed in the top left.
What negatives could this have? (cons): Officers not assigning themselves????
