Why Should This Player Be Punished: I jokingly told him that he was jaywalking at bazaar; he pulled out a pistol and killed me in response while my gun was busy jamming. These actions break 3.4, as killing a cop for next to no reason could land you a double digit sentence and a large fine, and 2.5, as this action was excessively negative towards my gameplay experience™ and gave me undue cardiovascular distress.
