Suggestion Title: OR booking system
Suggestion Description: Right now it's down to supervisors to organise patrols in the shoutbox, would be nice if cpls and above could mark themselves available at certain times, and officers could book slots for organised patrols
Why should this be added?:
- makes organised ORs easier for people
What negatives could this have?:
- time to develop
What problem would this suggestion solve?: People battling in random places to organise a patrol
