- Be able to have Co-Leader

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

This should become added because if the leader is offline for like a week (or banned) no one can join the oganisation. When we have co Leaders they can! The Co Leaders can invite them.
The Co Leaders should be able to invite people to the organisation and kick them.

I know this has already been suggested, but the Staff team never replied to it. So I am here to take over because i thought it was a very good idea.

Optional additions:
- Icon next to Co Leaders.
- Co Leaders can Invite people and kick people.
- Promote and Demote option

The org system is already being revamped AFAIK, but +support anyway. An entire ranking system would be good though to be honest.
