Description of the idea:
Add an actual organisation hierarchy, for example, if someone has the permission to add/edit ranks they can only add someone to a rank that's below them, same with kicking members.
Why should this be added? (pros):
More organisation in organisations.
What negatives could this have? (cons):

*Other additions: Split the 'Can Add/Edit ranks' to 'Can Set ranks' and 'Can Edit Ranks'
