Suggestion Title: Organisation perks related to crafting
Suggestion Description: Adding 3 organisation perks relating to crafting.
First perk should be acquired at around level 5-8, and should increase all organisation members crafting skill by 5.
Second perk should be acquired around level 15-20, and should increase organisation members firearms crafting skill by 15.
Last perk should be a very high level perk (level 30+) and should give organisation members a boost of 25 levels in firearms crafting, and 10 levels in overall crafting level,
Why should this be added?:
- Crafting org perks for crafting orgs
- Generally useful
- Not too OP
What negatives could this have?:
- Would make the individual crafting grind a lot easier for some people,
