Topic: A new organisation tab update?

-Adding the ability for people to add titles or put people into groups or ranks

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Well, i have been playing this game called ArcheAge and it had a feature which allowed you to invite a person to your family and give him a custom made title, this same feature (custom made title) could be handy in the organisation tab, so new members easily recognise the leaders of the org and their proficiency's (mugging,drugs growing etc).
I would like to add that this is not a game changing idea but it IS handy in some ways, so you can easily get a view of what the org is made of and it creates some structure.
