What law do you wish to change/add:
All finable offences.
Why should this change/addition be made:
I see so many police officers giving $1000 tickets for tiny offences as they don't know what else to ticket them, this can cause much upset in roleplay. An example of a guideline could be for illegal parking:
•Minimal obstruction (parking over lines a fair bit) could equal $100
•Minor obstruction (blocking multiple parking spaces) $250-500
•Major obstruction (blocking a road or even worse, major intersection) $500+
What is the aim of this change/addition:
To give less experienced officers a better idea of how to use the misdemeanor ticketing system.

Of course this would cause some debate on the fines but I'm die the police board can sort this out well
