Paralake Ambulance

So I was in single player and I spawned an ambulance and used a tool named "Body Group Tool"
It allows you to change the skin to any other skins which you have on your game
And this is what I found...

Any ideas?

I want that ambulance and i also want to get rid of the siren lights. They look unrealistic.
