Suggestion Title: Paralake Anarchy
Suggestion Description: 2 hour event
A nuclear strike hits somewhere outside Paralake City. The blast doesn't level the city but it does everything else, EMPs knock out communications, the economy collapses overnight, government infrastructure crumbles, and every official service vanishes. No shops. No jobs. No police. Just people trying to survive.
Every player spawns with nothing but a phone, a small first aid kit, a bottle of water, and a handful of money.
Players can form survival groups, or go it alone. There's no official team system, you group up in RP, exchange numbers on your phone, and that's your team. Unofficial alliances between teams are allowed and encouraged, but remember, when hour two hits, every deal you made is worth nothing.
Hour One
Loot Crates are scattered across the map in random locations, some in obvious spots, some hidden. Crates can carry things like pistols, shotguns, bandages, food, tools, barricade materials, and the occasional rare item like body armour or a gas mask. You won't find everything in one crate, so you'll need to move around.
Roaming NPCs spawn every few minutes somewhere random on the map. These aren't shops, think of them more like wandering survivors or scavengers who'll offer services in exchange for money. They can patch you up, repair your vehicle if you found one, or trade items with you. They don't stay long, so if you hear one's been spotted nearby, you move fast.
Base Building is open during this entire hour. Teams (or lone wolves) can claim any realistic location on the map and set it up as their base. The only rule is it has to make sense a barricaded apartment, a locked-down warehouse, a gated car park. It needs at least one entrance point that others could theoretically breach, no sealing yourself into a box with no doors. Beyond that, get creative. This is also when alliances get formed, negotiations happen, and the social side of the event really kicks in.
Hour Two
At the 60 minute mark, every player gets a message on their phone:
"PvP is now active. Rescue helicopters have been dispatched to Paralake — ETA 30 minutes. Seats are extremely limited. Good luck."
From that point, PvP is live. You have half an hour.
Over the next 30 minutes, helicopter landing zones are revealed across the map, multiple locations, all random. The helicopters aren't all in one place and they don't all carry the same number of seats. Some might fit 4 people, some might fit 2. First come, first served.
Now every alliance you made, every deal you agreed to, every team you trusted, all of it gets tested. Do you rush a landing zone with your team and hope no one else gets there first? Do you betray your alliance for a guaranteed seat? Do you hold your base and fight off anyone who comes near you? That's up to you.
Death & Late Joiners
If you die at any point during hour two, or if you join the server after the event starts, you go into free cam mode. You can spectate, follow the action, watch the chaos unfold, but you're out of the running. Late joiners who come in during hour one can still participate normally, they'll just spawn in with the standard loadout and have less time to prep.
-Radiation zones Some parts of the city can be radiated or be poisons without a mask
-Comms outpost and other locations with radio towers that can give you location for hidden loot or hidden NPC
-Cars spawn in random places in the map, some of them with loot in the trunk, the cars are also public access
Why should this be added?:
- This could be an experiment to see how would the players react in complete Anarchy, friends will be made and friends will be lost in the event, every player will have a cool story, also this could be like "paralake ending" event.
What negatives could this have?:
- Server performance
- Crate and NPC spawning ( Dev time )
- helicopter seat system ( Dev time )
- Supervising Staff
- alot of testing
- bug hunting
- alot of scripting and work
What problem would this suggestion solve?: we will have more Event variety and Community moments and unforgettable moments, some players have lost interest in the default routine of perpheads and want something new, i think a new event is what is needed.
