Mission Statement
Offer a structured policing system whilst using new initiatives to implement it officially, with the aim of offering a more common and therefore efficient system of policing.

Pathway
The career pathway with PMPD is quite complex and diverse. Officers whom are accepted into the PMPD, unless the Academy CSI gives express discretion, begin as an Academy PCSO; the higher ranking officers of the Academy unit offer the training and assessment to them.

The PCSO then goes on to become a Police Constable, and eventually a Sergeant. At this point, the sergeant can stay within the Academy; going on to train the next generation of PMPD officers, or join an open specialist department (more information about these can be found on our organization page).

WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN THE PMPD?

The Paralake Police Department requires unity of all officers in order to help the city. As a officer I have been trained in several fields including work as an CSI. I trust the officers around me and i hope to trust the city but the city needs order to not fall into Chaos. I believe that this unit needs my skills and I will gladly offer them for my service for the city.

The city Needs a shield to protect them and a sword to stop any blow against them. I am the person like everyone else here holding them and using them to protect the people.

Crime Investigation Unit or Internal Affairs.

Part of my training alongside several Lieutenants was to do with watching for the key details and that officers are not immune to the law. Anyone who violates the law should be treated like a offender even if they are a fellow officer. I have understood this during my service and arrested many in the city delivering true justice.

I know my place in the city and the city knows my place. I trust my fellow officers but never allow it to blind me if they are ever on the scales of justice. We all serve justice and the city and whoever breaks that trust must be brought down before the law and tried accordingly even if he is in charge.

I was a expierenced Police officer of the PLPD 10 years I was working there with a great exam and a succesful Training., but I saw that you can do not really much as marked officer. Everyone see's you and they just try to hide their activities. Also, the Policework is fun for me, but the cars of the PLPD are not really good equipped with evidence possibilities and such things.

I would like to join the NCA Unit. My main goal is to lower the criminal rate with help of Course of the Police. The criminal rate in Paralake City is one of the highest of the world. That should be changed. So I would decide to work in NCA. If that doesn't work, I would like to join the PCU Unit since I love to protect things, and If i can do something really good, I like it. To have an overview and security. Otherwise the SCO19 would be something to me since I was also a high-expierenced S.W.A.T. Officer.
